Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must request the refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
- This applies only to your first paid subscription with Zentra
- Your account must be in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)
- Refunds are not available for renewal payments
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and order number
- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
- We'll process your request within 5-7 business days
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- We'll send you an email confirmation
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds are usually instant
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Renewal payments after the initial subscription period
- Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions

Subscription Cancellation
